About The Baseball Hub:
The Baseball Hub is designed as a center for baseball appreciation. We will cover anything baseball-related, from prospects to hall-of-fame candidates, from high school to The Show, from the Arizona Diamondbacks to the Washington Nationals. Whether you are into in-depth statistical analysis, discussion of the latest trade rumours or just genuine baseball discussion, there is something for every kind of baseball fan here at the Hub.
We hope you’ll enjoy reading as much as we enjoy writing.
About the Author:
I am a University student living in Ontario, Canada. I’m a fan of the Jays and the A’s, but I consider myself a baseball fan first, second, third and a Jays and A’s fan after that.
I was first introduced to the statistical side of the game through conversation with baseball fans more knowledgeable than I, and I slowly began to realize why perhaps batting average and RBIs weren’t the ideal way to evaluate baseball players. As my knowledge grew, so did my love of the game.
I love baseball, and I love writing, so the natural conclusion is that I should write about baseball, although it took a little nudging for me to reach this point. Thus originated The Baseball Hub, and you can judge the results for yourselves.
